Catholic Charities provides programs and services for all stages of life’s journey. Through programs like Foster Grandparents, we offer ways for seniors to continue to share their wisdom and their service with others. Our PACE: Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly provide quality care, socialization and activities for seniors while enabling them to still live at home with their families.
