As a commitment to provide hope, help, and loving care for women facing an unplanned or troubled pregnancy, we provide a wide variety of free, confidential, and caring pregnancy assistance services through our Pregnancy Services (Formerly ACCESS) program. Along with case management and pregnancy education, our comprehensive programs and certified Medicaid Application Centers are here to support you during your time of need and assist you through a healthy pregnancy.

Free Pregnancy and Adoption Services

Our staff members and volunteers offer treat you with the utmost respect while providing the encouragement and health services you need for your pregnancy. Our client advocates are extensively trained to provide individualized support and referrals for all of your pregnancy-related concerns. We also offer referrals for prenatal care and community resources, including professional counseling services. Learn about all of our services below.

Telephone Assistance

Sometimes you may have questions concerning pregnancy, abortion or adoption, but you are not ready to visit one of our Pregnancy Services Centers. A trained, caring client advocate will answer your call. We are here to listen to your concerns and help you find the answers you are seeking. Please call (504) 832-1503 for more information.


For mothers facing an unplanned or troubled pregnancy, education services are an invaluable resource. Knowledge is power! We offer classes on childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, nutrition and parenting. We also can schedule educational sessions with a dietitian and a nurse.

Our education services also include sensitive information and support on adoption as well as post-abortion support counseling.

Medicaid Enrollment

Pregnancy Services (Formerly ACCESS) is a certified Medicaid Enrollment Center. We have trained staff available to assist all client in preparing and submitting Medicaid applications online. This allows for faster processing and quicker access to Medicaid insurance benefits.

Diaper Bank

When you have an infant, diapers are an everyday necessity. Through a partnership with the Junior League of NOLA and an affiliation of the National Diaper Bank Network, we offer a supply of diapers and wipes per child, once every 30 days. Additional Services

Case management: Our trained case managers work with families and individuals to understand their situation while helping to identify pregnancy healthcare needs and goals.

Project Rachel: A nationwide program, Project Rachel offers compassionate, individualized care to men and women affected by an abortion loss. This can include parents, siblings, and even friends who have felt grief or uncertainty following an abortion.

St. Vincent Maternity Clinic: This comprehensive clinic is specially structured to accommodate families who don’t have private insurance and/or aren’t eligible for government assistance. St. Vincent Maternity Clinic offers set fees that are far less expensive than traditional hospital packages for vaginal delivery or a Cesarean section. The clinic offers pre-natal visits, labor, delivery, a two-day hospital stay, pediatric examination of the baby, and a post-partum office visit.
