Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans is excited to be participating in GiveNOLA Day again this year! GiveNOLA Day, which will take place on May 3, 2016, is hosted by the Greater New Orleans Foundation. The one-day, online giving event is meant to inspire people to give to local nonprofits that are making the community a better place. Catholic Charities is excited to be one of over 700 nonprofits participating this year!
Last year, Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans raised over $36,000 on GiveNOLA Day! This year all donations will be used as undesignated funds, which allow Catholic Charities to help those most immediately in need. Most recently, these funds have been used in the disaster relief efforts after the tornadoes in LaPlace and the flooding on the North Shore.
This year, you can make your donation count more than ever with opportunities throughout the day to receive lagniappe funds and prizes provided through the Greater New Orleans Foundation!
