Marty has been a Catholic Charities volunteer for years. He started as a prison ministry volunteer but during the pandemic, the program closed. After it closed, Marty was looking for something else with Catholic Charities! Marty decided to volunteer at the Food Pantry to help others even during COVID-19. He has loved volunteering at the Food Pantry! Marty said, “I volunteer because it is one of many ways of giving back. I learned how important it is that people get some sort of support. The Food Pantry is a critical Catholic Charities program!”
Marty has been drawn to Catholic Charities, “I see CCANO helping the community, reaching out to help those in need in the community.”
