For Archbishop Hannan Community Appeal campaign co-chairs Clifton and Elizabeth LeBlanc and Price and Christine LeBlanc, there was much to celebrate on April 13. It was the campaign’s 50th anniversary and the co-chair couples had surpassed their $1.7 million goal, raising $2,002,408 for 2015. The campaign raises unrestricted funds to support Catholic Charities New Orleans programs.
More than 120 past and current volunteers, past campaign chairpersons, Catholic Charities board members and major donors were at Palace Café (with hosts Lauren and George Brower) to commemorate the accomplishment. Archbishop Gregory M. Aymond congratulated those gathered for a successful 50th anniversary campaign and recognized the co-chair couples for their dedication and leadership.
