NEW ORLEANS AREA
Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans has elected Michael O. Read as chairman of its board of directors.

Other officers are Byron A. Adams Jr., vice chairman; Michael F. Hulefeld, secretary; and Lloyd A. Tate, treasurer.

New board members include Jerry Bologna, Mason G. Couvillon, Karen S. DeBlieux, David J. Francis, Michael E. Nolan, Lawrence P. Oertling, Alex L. Suffrin and Regina B. Templet.

Other board members include the Very Rev. Rodney P. Bourg, V.F., Terrel J. Broussard, Anh “Joseph” Cao, Dr. Pierre Detiege, John L. Eckholdt, Dr. Elizabeth H. Fontham, Janice Martin Foster, James T. Hanna, John Hummel, Demetric M. Mercadel, Leon J. Reymond Jr., Brian J. Rotolo, Mark J. Spansel and Sister Anthony Barczykowski, board member emeritus.
