CCANO case managers, counselors, staff and volunteers are still offering assistance for those recovering from Hurricane Isaac. Here is the latest breakdown of where CCANO Isaac Relief can be found:

St. John the Baptist Parish

LaPlace- Ascension of Our Lord Church-799 Fairway Dr, La Place

  • Case Management- Assessments, Information and Referrals (M/W/F)
  • Counseling (T/TH)
  • Outreach with the organizations American Red Cross, Braces and Encore for home rebuilding efforts
  • Case management at Disaster Recovery Center one day a week
  • Collaborating with St. John Emergency Operation Center, FEMA, St. John United Way and other government entities to coordinate services for this area.

Plaquemines Parish

Braithwaite- Trailer at Assumption Church-6951 Highway 39, Braithwaite

  • Comfort Station- distributing food and cleaning supplies on Wednesdays and Saturdays
  • Reception Center
  • Case Management
  • Crisis Counseling

Point a la Hache- St. Thomas Church- 17605 Hwy 15, Pointe A La Hache

  • Supplies, food and case management on Monday and Wednesdays

Port Sulphur- St. Patrick Church-28698 Hwy 23,  Port Sulphur

  • Case management
  • Crisis Counseling

Jefferson Parish

Laffite- St. Anthony Church Community Center -2653 Jean Lafitte Blvd, Lafitte

  • Case Management- financial education classes
  • Crisis Counseling
  • Interpreting (Vietnamese- Spanish)
  • Collaboration with St. John Emergency Operation Center, FEMA and other government entities to coordinate services for this area.

Marrero: Hope Haven Cottage- 1101 Barataria Blvd, Marrero

  • Meeting site for case management and interpreting (Wednesdays and Fridays)

St. Tammany Parish

North Shore Pastoral  Center- 69090 U.S. 190 East Service Road

  • Counseling services (both Counseling Solutions and Catholic Family Counseling)
  • Case Management services offered daily

Covington Food Bank- 840 N. Columbia Street, Covington

  • Case Manger available Mon/Tues/Thursday.

St. Bernard Parish

Violet-Our Lady of Lourdes- 2621 Colonial Blvd., Violet

  • Case Management – Assessments, Information and Referrals
  • Peer Crisis Counseling with First Responders

St. Charles Parish
