HOW: The Louisiana Hospitality Foundation annual visit includes more than a dozen Santas in full costume, carrying sacks of gifts for the residents of Padua House. Santas are a mix of Foundation board members and supporters who arrive in style atop the Drago’s Seafood Restaurant firetruck with the siren blazing. Residents await this visit on the front porch with smiles. Each resident gets a personalized bag full of gifts that are customized to their special needs. LHF also brings tokens of thanks for the staff who help make Padua House such a special place for their residents.
