This weekend, February 28 and March 1, the second collection will be taken up for Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans. Your support in this second collection provides crucial funds that enable Catholic Charities to be a source of hope and help for the poor and needy in our archdiocese.
Donations through this second collection enable Catholic Charities to help over 80,000 individuals and families each year. Vulnerable children, struggling families and frail seniors receive basic nutrition, essential health care, education and case management services. The homeless and unemployed are connected to resources for shelter, care and employment. Your support also provides emergency relief during times of unforeseen disaster.
Pope Francis often reminds us that by loving and helping the poor, we love and serve Christ. We hope you will join in the mission of service to the poor and needy by supporting Catholic Charities with an open and generous heart.
Thank you for your support this weekend!
Remember, you can always give online any time!
