You can log in using your primary email address to view and edit existing gifts, as well as make a new gift.

FAQs

How can I set up an account?

An account is automatically created for you when you submit a donation. You will need to use your email address on file to access your account. If you don’t remember which email, or are encountering challenges please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to reset this for you.

I am a current recurring donor; will I have a portal?

Yes! All CCANO online donors have the option of activating their portal account. Keep an eye on your email for instructions. If you have any questions, please contact Jim Capuzzi at [email protected] or by phone at 504-592-5690.

How can I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information online by following these steps: 

  1. Log into your portal account
  2. Proceed to Recurring gifts
  3. Select your recurring gift by clicking the blue dollar amount listed
  4. Select the pencil icon above payment method
  5. Input your new payment information
  6. Select Save Card to update your payment information

This process will securely store your payment information for future, agreed upon, payments. If you prefer not to store your payment information, please call Jim Capuzzi at 504-592-5690. 

How can I update my gift?

You can update your payment information online by following these steps: 

  1. Log into your portal account
  2. Proceed to Recurring gifts
  3. Select your recurring gift by clicking the blue dollar amount listed
  4. Select the pencil icon above gift information
  5. Change gift amount, designation, frequency, or payment date
  6. Click Update to confirm your changes

What if I need to pause or end my recurring gift?

You can update your payment information online by following these steps: 

  1. Log into your portal account
  2. Proceed to Recurring gifts
  3. Select Manage recurring gift
  4. Select Skip payments, Hold payments, or End payments 
    1. Skip enables you to skip a month of payments, hold pauses your recurring gift until you restart it, and end completes your gift
  5. Click the blue button to confirm

Will I receive email confirmations for my monthly donations?

You will receive email confirmation at the commencement of your recurring gift, and a tax acknowledgement summary of all gifts made during a calendar year each January. Please contact Jim Capuzzi at [email protected] or 504-592-5690 if you would like a monthly acknowledgement. 

I am having trouble logging in, what should I do?

If you experience difficulty logging in or have any questions, please contact Jim Capuzzi at [email protected] or call 504-592-5690 to reset your email and password.
