ACCESS Pregnancy & Referral Centers
ACCESS Pregnancy & Referral Centers provide free, confidential testing and counseling to women facing an unplanned or troubled pregnancy, and a 24-hour crisis line. All ACCESS sites are Certified Medicaid Application Centers. Pregnancy education includes nutrition, parenting, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. We also provide free ultrasounds.

Padua Community Homes are residential facilities with home-like atmospheres as well as community-based services to developmentally delayed individuals and the elderly. We provide counseling, employment, recreation, and many other services.

Padua Pediatrics Residential Program
Padua Pediatrics Residential Program is a residential program for medically fragile children between the ages of birth and 25. Clients have been diagnosed with severe to profound mental retardation and are non-ambulatory. Our active treatment services include 24-hour nursing and custodial care, developmental training, and consultative psychological, physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The Plaquemines Parish School System provides educational programs.

St. Vincent Maternity Clinic St. Vincent Maternity Clinic provides affordable, private medical care, education, and counseling to low- to moderate-income women during pregnancy and delivery, and provides up to three days stay at Touro Infirmary.
