Café Hope is a restaurant that provides at-risk youth a path to self-sufficiency through job readiness training and job placement.

The Concept
The café uses Hope Haven Farms as a bio-diversity farming model of sustainability to grow consumable products. We purchase local produce and seafood to support our local economy. We also  cook healthy food and are ecologically friendly.

The Participants
We have partnered with Jefferson Parish Juvenile Services to provide staff for the Café Hope program. Once the youths have successfully graduated from the program, they will have assistance in job placement.

The Location
Café Hope is located in the Madonna Manor building on the iconic Hope Haven campus, located at 1101 Barataria Boulevard on the Westbank.

The Madonna Manor Building on the Hope Haven campus is in the Spanish Colonial Revival style, and was established in 1932.
